This light golden oil is often used in Asian and Middle Eastern cooking, salads and sautéing.

Many of the nutrients, vitamins, and antioxidants found in peanut oil are lost in the traditional extraction process, which is why Olivado developed a cold-pressed method. This allows it to retain all the goodness from the nut during the process of bottling it as a healthy oil.

Being high in monounsaturated fats, peanut oil is considered a brain food, improving memory, mood and attention. Unlike most other cooking oils, peanut oil contains no cholesterol at all, and due to its high rate of phytosterols, studies have shown it can lower cholesterol levels by 10-15%!
