Old Rotterdam is classic Dutch Gouda. It is aged for approximately 10 months and released when the cheese has reached perfection in flavour and texture. This cheese is hard, salty, and has that classic aged gouda crunchy texture. The flavour is robust and sharp, nutty with notes of butterscotch.
